Cyber Security Nordic, in collaboration with FISC and FiBAN, is organising Pitch Finland Cybersecurity, a competition searching for pioneering solutions with potential for international growth. 

The final of the competition will take place on 5 November 2025 at the Cyber Security Nordic event. The finalists will have an opportunity to present their ideas to investors from the Finnish Business Angel Network. Additionally, a Finnish-registered company or organisation will be awarded a €10,000 prize, donated by the Finnish Fair Foundation

Astra – AI-powered brand protection made accessible.”

Astra develops AI-driven agents that monitor the internet for phishing attacks, fake shops, and brand impersonations. The solution automates evidence collection and takedown processes, offering a faster and more affordable alternative to traditional manual methods. Designed for brands of all sizes, Astra aims to democratise online brand protection and reduce the impact of scams globally.

Hovi – Simplifying digital identity for a trusted future
Hovi is a B2B SaaS platform that streamlines digital identity verification and compliance with EU Digital Identity Wallets and eIDAS 2.0. Through a no-code interface and developer-friendly APIs, Hovi enables businesses to issue and verify secure, reusable credentials for individuals and AI agents. Its privacy-first architecture and regulatory alignment make it a scalable solution for fintech and emerging digital ecosystems.

Sala Secure – Inclusive authentication for a secure digital world
SalaLogin introduces the first-ever Inclusive Multifactor Authentication (IMFA) solution, designed with user psychology and accessibility at its core. Combining biometrics, trusted devices, and memory-assisted passwords, it delivers strong security while adapting to diverse user needs, including those with disabilities and neurodivergencies. Selfhack – Proactive cybersecurity powered by AI foresight

By combining predictive threat intelligence with continuous monitoring, SelfHack enables businesses to move from reactive defence to proactive resilience. Its unified dashboard ensures scalability and cost efficiency for enterprises across critical sectors.

WhatSpam Company – Blocking scams across calls, SMS, and email
WhatSpam offers a comprehensive solution to combat phone, SMS, and email fraud. Its AI-assisted content analysis and verification processes go beyond traditional number-based blocking, providing mobile operators, businesses, and consumers with advanced protection against spam and scams. The platform combines a Risk Intelligence solution, a Trusted Companies programme, and a consumer app to enhance security and trust.

Rules of the competition.

To whom?

The Pitch Finland Cybersecurity is open to those offering innovative solutions and services that drive the development, growth, and internationalisation of the cybersecurity industry. 

Cyber Security Nordic, in collaboration with the FISC (Finnish Information Security Cluster) and the FiBAN (Finnish Business Angels Network), invites cybersecurity companies and organisations to submit their new solutions or services to the competition. Products and services submitted to the competition must be on the market and available for sale in 2025. 

 

Criteria.

The competition is open to a cybersecurity company, team, or organisation that meets one or more of the following criteria:

  • The solution promotes responsible digitalisation, data processing, and trust. 
  • The innovative solution or service has the potential to create an international, European, or global impact. 
  • The innovative solution or service strengthens the competitiveness, profitability, or sustainability of companies. 
  • The innovative solution or service supports the United Nations’ (UN) sustainable development goals, such as those related to economic growth (for example, the protection of intellectual capital or trade secrets), digital industry and transition, the protection of fundamental rights, or urbanisation. 

Progression.

At the beginning of October 2025, the competition jury will select the finalists who will advance to the pitching final at Cyber Security Nordic.

On 5 November 2025, the selected finalists will present their product or service in a pitch competition on the CSN Gold Stage. The jury will then determine the winner. A company or organisation registered in Finland will receive a €10,000 prize, donated by the Finnish Fair Foundation.

Additionally, the finalists will have the opportunity to secure further investment from investors in the Finnish Business Angel Network.
