Changes in the Programme
The Event Organiser reserves the right to make changes in the event programme as an indication only.

Registration Cancellation Policy
The tickets cannot be changed and are not reclaimed.

Cancellation of the event
In that case that the event cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Event Organiser (Force Majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Event Organiser, the Event Organiser cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.

Under these circumstances, the Event Organiser reserves the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future event, or to reimburse the attendee after deducting costs already incurred for Event Organiser and which could not be recovered from third parties
