The next edition of the event will take place on 28–29 October 2026 at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre.
A distinct position in the European cybersecurity landscape
Within the European cybersecurity event landscape, Cyber Security Nordic occupies a clearly defined position between two distinct types of events. At one end are large-scale global conferences, where size delivers visibility but can dilute the overall narrative. At the other are smaller, more narrowly focused events with limited scope.
Cyber Security Nordic represents a deliberately designed format that bridges these extremes, combining breadth of perspective with depth of insight while maintaining a coherent and structured overall experience.

Held annually over two days, the event has evolved into a comprehensive platform where content, networking and perspectives come together as a structured ecosystem. In 2026, the event will expand to larger exhibition areas, reflecting growing demand and a widening participant base.
A defining feature of Cyber Security Nordic is its programme design. Content is developed around carefully selected themes and the needs of its professional audience. International keynote speakers, alongside Nordic experts, contribute diverse perspectives that together form a coherent narrative rather than a series of disconnected sessions.
From strategy to implementation
Cyber Security Nordic is structured around multiple stages to address different levels of cybersecurity decision-making.
Stage One focuses on strategic perspectives, covering cybersecurity as a geopolitical force, a leadership responsibility and a business risk. It features international keynote speakers and senior leaders, bringing insights that are not commonly available in the Nordic region.
Gold Stage and Scandinum Stage address operational and practical dimensions, including IT/OT environments, cloud dependencies and evolving threat actor techniques. On the second day, the Scandinum Stage hosts Traficom’s Infosec Seminar, providing insights into current threats, regulatory developments and national cyber resilience.
Hacker’s Corner adds a practical, hands-on dimension with demos, workshops and live case analyses. Topics include phishing analysis, OSINT techniques, threat modelling and SOC simulations, alongside discussions on ethical considerations.
Together, these elements provide a comprehensive view of cybersecurity across strategic, operational and technical levels.
Key themes for 2026
The 2026 programme centres on three overarching themes:
- Resilient business and crisis preparedness, including business continuity, supply chain risks and the implementation of NIS2 and DORA
- Cybersecurity, defence and the European security landscape, addressing geopolitical developments and hybrid threats
- Trusted digital society and democratic security, focusing on disinformation, AI-related risks and trust in digital systems
These themes reflect the expanding role of cybersecurity as both an economic and societal issue.
