You can access to watch the live stream and recordings, if you have purchased a ticket for Cyber Security Nordic 2022 from our ticket shop.

Delivering and using tickets in online events

After the purchase you will find links to the tickets in the order confirmation email. Tickets are delivered both in mobile and PDF formats.
The online event ticket includes an activation link. The ticket must be activated before it can be used in the online event.

Ticket Activation

When the link is opened you are directed to an activation page. The ticket is activated by connecting it to your user account. In order to activate the ticket you need to create a user account. You can link the ticket to an existing account by entering your credentials. If you do not have an account it can be created at the event site.

Using the ticket after activation

When you have activated the ticket and linked it to your account you can view restricted content by entering your credentials.

How to watch the program online

 

  1. Select the ‘Go to Content‘ button on the ticket
  2. Enter your username and password to log in to the service
    Note!
    If you are already logged in, you will be automatically directed to activate the ticket.
    If you do not have an account, create an account from the ‘Create Account’ link at the bottom of the prompt.
  3. Enter the information required, accept the Terms of Service and select ‘Create Account
    Password must be longer than 6 characters. If the information filled in the form is incorrect or already in use, you will be alerted upon account creation. Remember to accept the Terms of Service!
  4. Once you have successfully logged in, you can activate the ticket
    You can activate the ticket automatically after logging in or creating an account.
    If you were not automatically redirected to the page, press the ‘Go to content’ button on the ticket again.
    Activate the ticket by pressing the ‘Activate Ticket‘ button on the page.
  5. Once the ticket is successfully activated, you will receive a notification ‘Ticket activation successful’ and the prompt will guide you back to the front page
  6. Go to the program via the ‘Program‘ menu at the top of the page
  7. Select the program you want to watch
    Go to watch the program from the ‘Watch Live / Watch recording’ button.

How to watch the recordings

  1. Enter your username and password to log in to the service

    If you are already logged in, you can navigate directly to the archive through the button below.

    If you do not have an account, create an account from the ‘Create Account’ link at the bottom of the prompt.

  2. Enter the information required, accept the Terms of Service and select ‘Create Account

  3. Once you have successfully logged in, you must first activate your ticket

  4. Once the ticket is successfully activated, you will receive a notification ‘Ticket activation successful’ and the prompt will guide you back to the front page
  5. Click the ‘Archive: Watch stage recordings’ button to access the content
    Once you have logged in and activated your ticket, you will be able to see the recorded content.
    Please note that the ticket gives you the permission to watch the content but restricts downloading the material to personal and/or public use.

Browser

If your browser freezes, crashes, or the page is not loading, clear your browser’s cache and start over. You can also try another web browser or device. Supported browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. Some browser problems are caused by plugins (such as Flash or Java). Common problems caused by plug-ins are, for example, crash, jamming, or download problems. If you have problems using your browser, please see the browser’s own support pages.
