Don’t forget to share your event participation and new product releases taking place during the event in your own marketing and communications channels such as social media. You can use the event logos, banners and images to advertise your attendance without restrictions.
ContactMate® eLead – A lead collection service for Exhibitors
Cyber Security Nordic provides you a lead collection service, using the ContactMate® eLead mobile application. It´s an easy and a fast way to get contact details from your stand visitors. Just scan the QR code from the visitor’s badge. Please enter your details to receive your account information and instructions by email.

Network easily with Tavata
You now have the opportunity to get the most out of networking at Cyber Security Nordic! With networking tool Tavata you can see other attendees beforehand and book 15 minute meetings at the numbered tables on spot. You can find the marked meeting-area at the event venue. Don’t miss out on the chance to find new cooperation opportunities, ideas, customers, experts, and other useful contacts! A part of the contact finding process is already taken care of, as Tavata matches you with the best suitable contacts based on your interests.
How it works:
- Sign up and create a user profile at: https://app.tavata.events/signup
- Join the event with the code DQEK (notice capital letters).
- Edit your event profile and choose what you are offering and seeking in this event.
- Book meetings. Browse through other’s profiles and book meetings. Remember to accept or cancel meetings suggested to you as well. You can find them in your e-mail or on the Schedule.
Passes during the construction and exhibition phases
You can conveniently email or send passes to your event team members mobile device through eMessukeskus (Submit Passes tool opens on week 40). The event pass will be printed at Cyber Security Nordic registration desk.
You are able to create as many passes as necessary.
The exhibitor’s pass is for the event staff of your stand. This pass is personal and valid during the construction, event and dismantling periods of the event. The pass must be always visible during the event. In addition, the pass enables its holder to enter the Exhibitors’ Lounge together with benefits for purchasing goods (including lunch for exhibitors and discounts in NOHO restaurants).
The constructor’s pass is valid during the construction and dismantling periods of the event. The constructor’s pass is free of charge.

Barrier-free parking system Autopay by Europark is in use at Messukeskus. Parking charges are collected by Europark.

Exhibition Office
The Exhibition Office assists exhibitors and constructors during the construction phase as well as the opening hours of the event regarding matters such as stand orders.

Exhibitor’s own network
We have improved your network services!
From now on, corporate customers will be served by their own wireless network called Messukeskus Exhibitor at Messukeskus. The network is separate from the Messukeskus network used by our visitors. The password for using the network can be found in eMessukeskus and we will also provide it to you in a customer message before the event. We also offer corporate network solutions as an additional service to meet your needs, wired or wireless. Our contact person will help you with practical questions. We will continue to invest in excellent telecommunications connections. Welcome to use Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre’s efficient network services!
Exhibitors’ Lounge and restaurant services
The Exhibitors’ Lounge is open during the opening hours of the event. The Exhibitors’ Lounge can be found on the 2nd floor in Conference Centre. The door code is presented on the exhibitor pass.
You are welcome to come and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Exhibitors’ Lounge. The space has a small kitchenette together with toilets and showers.
Messukeskus’ restaurant services
NoHo Partners has started as Messukeskus’ restaurant and catering partner on 1 July, and as a result we have had a great line-up of interesting restaurant brands at our premises over the summer. The NoHo partnership brings convenient electronic snack, drink and lunch tickets to our corporate customers. You can order product vouchers with QR codes for the amount of your choice and distribute them by email to users. The QR code on the ticket will serve as a payment method at the checkout of the restaurants. The tickets will be charged according to usage.
Orders for snack, drink, lunch and stand tickets are placed via the Restaurant Services online shop. If you do not already have one, please create a business account in the online shop. You will then be able to select the products you want.
